PLEASE NOTE PARISH POLICY BRINGING OUTSIDE SINGERS:

a. If you request an outside singer to sing your entire wedding and not have the parish cantor, this will only be allowed if a rehearsal is arranged between singer and Director of Music Ministry. This will require an additional fee for the Director of Music, to be negotiated by the couple and the Director of Music Ministry, to be paid in cash.

b.  If you have an outside singer cantor your wedding INSTEAD of a St. Matthew’s parish staff cantor, the parish cantor will have to be paid their regular fee whether they are present or not.

c.  All singers must be approved by the Director of Music Ministry.
