St. Matthew Intramural Basketball Program
St. Matthew Roman Catholic Church in Dix Hills, NY offers intramural basketball to the children of the local community. Children of all religious faiths are welcome to participate in our programs.

Fees
Registration fees are $130 for the first child in the family and $90 for eachadditional child from the same family. Late registration fee of $20 applies if registered after
10/15/11. FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE UNIFORMS.
Uniforms
All players must wear the intramural uniform (jersey and shorts) to all games.
Players who played in the prior year intramural program may re-use their uniforms
if so desired. New uniforms may be purchased for $25. Uniform sales will coincide with registration night on Wed. September 21st.
Additional dates will be published when determined.
Registration
The registration deadline is 10/15/11, After that date, registration is on a space
available basis. To register, complete a registration form and attend your registration night on Wed. 9/21, mail it to the
address on the form, or drop it in the Athletic Suggestion Box outside the gymnasium.
