START - Scripture Theology and Religious Tradition
Learning and Enrichment Program-START (Scripture , Theology , and Religious Traditions ), is a learning and enrichment program for those who wish to expand upon the knowledge learned in their youth , or for those lacking in the basics of the Roman Catholic faith and traditions.
In the Fall and Spring guest speakers are invited , usually for an eight hour session , spread out over the course of four weeks , to address some aspects of Scripture ( both Old Testament and New Testament ) . Also topics dealing with Theology and Religious Traditions are discussed.
Our pastor, Fr. Robert Hewes, will be presenting the Passion of Christ has found in the Gospel narratives on the following dates:
March 7,14,21 and April 4th.
The presentations will take place in the Parish Center-SS Joseph/Jude Rm. beginning at 7:30 and ending 9:30 p.m.
